自宅から参加できる！リモート字幕体験レッスン

入学をご検討中の方に向け、スクール説明会を含めた字幕翻訳の体験レッスンを行います。日本語字幕、英語字幕共に対応可能です。
当日は字幕のルールから翻訳のポイントまでを講師が丁寧に指導します。英語力に自信がない方、翻訳未経験の方も安心してご参加ください。体験レッスン終了後にはスクール説明も行いますので、入学に関する疑問をその場で解消していただくことができます。
所要時間は1時間20分を予定しています。映像翻訳を学ぶ楽しさをぜひ体感してください。

【対象】
映像翻訳にご興味のある方であればどなたでも歓迎。英語力は不問です。
（日本語ネイティブでない方の場合、JLPT N2以上のレベルが目安になります。）

【当日の内容】
英日もしくは日英の字幕体験レッスン　40分
スクール説明　40分
※所要時間はご質問の内容などによって前後する可能性がございます。

【日時】
平日の11:00～19:00（日本時間）の間でご希望に合わせて開催します。希望の日時を下記フォームに入力してください。講師のスケジュールを調整し、担当者より追って開催日時をお知らせします。
例：4月1日（月）13:00～15:00
※余裕を持って日時調整をさせていただくため、1週間以上先の予定をお知らせください。
※レッスンと説明会で計1時間20分を予定していますが、Zoom接続にかかる時間や質疑応答の時間も加味し、当日は前後に余裕を持ったスケジュールを組んでいただけますと安心です。

カメラ（PC内蔵のものでもOK）
マイク（PC内蔵のものでもOK）※質問をしていただく際に必要です。
安定したネット接続の環境

Interested in learning what it takes to become a visual media translator? Come take a free one-on-one trial lesson where you can learn more about JVTA’s J-E Media Translation Course! This trial lesson is held online for those who are not able to join our Open School events.

In this one-on-one trial lesson, you’ll have a chance to try your hand at creating English subtitles, and learn more about the fun and challenging translation process. No previous translation experience is necessary. We recommend having at least JLPT N2 level Japanese to get the most out of the trial lesson, and the course itself.

After the subtitling trial lesson, we’ll tell you more about the course – an explanation which is required before signing up for our course. If you want to learn more about JVTA and our J-E translation course, you’ve come to the right place!

◆Schedule Your One-on-One Session
These one-on-one trial lessons are held between the hours of 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Japan Standard Time). Please indicate 3 dates and time frames that work for you in the form below.
E.g.: April 1 (Mon) 13:00 – 15:00 JST

– Under 検討中のコース, please select 日英映像翻訳科 if you are interested in the Japanese-to-English Media Translation Course.
– To secure a session, please book your session one week in advance.
– For non-native speakers of Japanese: Please note that this translation trial lesson(and our translation course) requires upper intermediate/advanced Japanese ability (around JLPT N2 level or above)

◆What You Need
– PC or tablet with stable internet connection
– Webcam and microphone (Either internal or external; you will be interacting with your instructor in real time)
– Headphones are also recommended but not essential
